Requirements1+ year of commercial experience as System Administrator (MacOS).
Experience with Mattermost and Slack.
Knowledge of backup systems.
Knowledge of antivirus software.
Knowledge of network diagnostic programs.
Proficiency in mail software.
Experience in maintaining office equipment and providing user support.
Knowledge of network security concepts, including configuring firewalls, setting up VPNs, and implementing intrusion detection systems.
Will be a plusExperience in supporting VoIP.
Hands-on experience with Atlassian products, CRM, and HRM systems.
