Job DescriptionSystem Analysis:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
Conduct a thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
Create detailed system requirement specifications and design documentation.
Software Quality Assurance:
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
Perform functional, regression, performance, and usability testing to identify defects and ensure software meets quality standards.
Report and track defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Validate that software applications meet user requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
Requirements Gathering:
Elicit, document, and manage user requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to define functional and non-functional requirements.
System Design and Documentation:
Create system design documents and diagrams to illustrate software architecture and workflows.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for software systems, including system requirements and design specifications.
Communication and Collaboration:
Facilitate effective communication between development, testing, and business teams.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance software development and QA processes.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend relevant improvements.
Training and Support:
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
Proven experience in business administration and/or quality assurance roles.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and quality assurance methodologies is a plus.
