Job DescriptionThis role is to analyze, design, and implement information systems to meet business requirements, provide expert guidance, and support to clients and project teams.
Gather and document detailed client requirements and system specifications.
Conduct comprehensive system analysis and design tasks.
Lead the implementation and testing of system solutions.
Develop and maintain system documentation and user manuals.
Provide expert technical support to end-users and clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Mentor and support junior system analysts.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in system analysis or a related field.
Strong understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Proficiency in database management and software development.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Business Analysis (CBAP) is a plus.
