job details Job title : System Engineer Location : KL, Malaysia Salary : RM4,500 - RM8,000 Benefits : Microsoft Certifications Covered by Company Fixed Working Hours(No shifts) Medical and hospitalization coverages provided about the job Handle daily IT operations and infrastructure support for the local office and remote offices Handle L1 - L2 support on servers and network related issues via phone and remote Monitor and perform troubleshooting of client's servers and backup on a daily basis skills and experience required Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux environment, and experience in troubleshooting, configuring, deploying, and maintaining physical and virtual servers Good understanding of ITIL infrastructure Good understanding of M365 technologies Good communication skills in English Good communication skills in Mandarin would be an added advantage to effectively be able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients The combination of Human + Intelligence elevates the conversation and potential.
