We are looking for a Problem Solver to help the community and share our knowledge to our clients.
Responsibilities
You will be providing technical assistance on customer's inquiries, troubleshooting and guide customers to solve their problems on our products and services offered
You will be performing scheduled tasks such as server migrations, application installations, server maintenance
You are responsible on the technical issues raised by customers through tickets and provide customers with a resolution
You will be monitoring and responding to system alerts in a timely manner
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Possess basic understanding of operating systems such as windows and linux.
Possess basic understanding of internet services such as web server, mail server and database server
Essential to work on rotational shift
Qualification Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree within related field or equivalent practical experience
1 – 2 years of relevant working experience is ideal, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply

You will be given sufficient training and guidance on the job especially the understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMWare, Proxmox, Hyper-V and similar technologies.
You will be also given adequate on-the-job-training in cPanel, DirectAdmin and Plesk control panels, related to internet security such as firewall, web application firewall and antispam
