Job Description Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Systems Specialist, responsible for ensuring the Finance System, Microsoft Dynamics 365, is operating in the most efficient and effective manner across the Asia business.
The Systems Specialist will become a Subject Matter Expert, responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the ERP system.
Duties include providing technical support to all finance and operational users to resolve system issues.
Promptly troubleshoot operational and system issues as they arise.
Identify, analyze, and provide recommendations to resolve system issues.
Provide system training, workshops and update user manuals.
Develop, implement, and review financial systems procedures and reporting to ensure operational effectiveness, efficiency and system integrity is maintained and enhanced.
Drive process improvement within the financial systems by monitoring risks and problem areas and proposing corrective action with consideration of broad business requirements.
Provide support on projects to integrate other systems across the company.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications At least 5 years of related experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience required.
Experience working in a professional services or consulting environment is preferred.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn a broad array of networking and systems hardware and software.
Advanced Excel Skills Excellent oral and written communications and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Superior understanding of computer and networking hardware and software systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical staff.
Excellent time management skills.
Fluent in English language (both spoken and written).
