Position Title:System Support Analyst
Snapshot of the role:
Provide support and implement digitalisation of data and automation of reports to unlock advanced analytics and enable standardization.
Provide support in the system design, implementation, migration, and integration.
Understand and evaluate existing and proposed systems and processes.
Identify resources, data, and acquisition requirements; and work closely with vendors to monitor progress at every stage as per the defined schedule and budget.
Act as liaison between vendor from China, end users, and HQ either at site and remote.
Provide feedback to vendors and superiors on progress and issues regularly.
Assist in developing Power BI dashboard and report as per management requirements.
What you'll need to succeed:
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Distinction in Mathematics from SPM.
Candidates having 2 years of experience in database management or end-user support shall be given priority.
Candidates without IT major and experience must have high understanding in IoT and programming.
High competency level in operating Power BI.
Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Able to read and speak in Mandarin when dealing with vendors from China.
Possess own transport.
One position is based at Serian and another two are at Bau.
