About the RoleAs a System Support Engineer, you will provide technical assistance and support for Daifuku customer sites and other clients as directed by management.
This role requires participation in a 24/7 roster to ensure seamless operation and maintenance of our PLC systems and IT support.
Ensure optimal system performance by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues with strong experience on either PLC Support or IT Support.
Conduct system health checks, PLC troubleshoot and generate reports.

Our team works in a 3 different shift pattern; Office hours, AM Shift and PM Shift.
