Be a part of our Customer Service teams- choose your preferred experience, whether to cover the East Asia region (support projects based in China, Hong Kong) or South East Asia region (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, etc.). Here is your chance to apply AND expand your skillset.
Main Responsibilities: Respond to customer concerns and complaints timely. Provide software support and regular software maintenance to Swisslog customers. Develop enhancements (change order), which include requirement specification, low-level design, development, integration, and training. Perform daily level 2 support work to Swisslog globally, covering various scopes from sales and implementation, up to customer support work pertaining to software functionality, GAP analysis, database tuning, product performance analysis, bug fixing, software back porting, etc. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant experience. Preferred: Java programming, a plus point each if you are familiar with: J2EE / JEE / EJB / JSF. Advantageous: Oracle / MS SQL Database and Warehousing / ERP / basic administration skills in servers (AIX / Windows). Sharp eye in analysis and problem-solving. Comfortable with: travel and work overseas for long durations; standby for support service after office hours; tight deadlines.
