; Requirements:- Candidate requirements
-Educational Background: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
-Customer Service Skills: Prior experience in customer service is an advantage.
-Languages: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and/or Mandarin.
-Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a related field preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-Technical Specialization: Preferred candidates will have some experience in IT/Computer System Administration or a similar specialization.
-Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts to ensure around-the-clock support for our clients.
