Networks & Systems Administration (Information & Communication Technology)
Provide technical support for both backend and frontend systems, addressing issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot system errors and implement solutions to enhance functionality and performance.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare comprehensive reports for management and other stakeholders, providing insights for decision-making.
Utilize advanced Excel skills to create dashboards, automate reporting, and analyze large datasets.
Document Management:
Ensure all documents within the system are reviewed, processed, and approved within stipulated timelines.
Collaborate with relevant departments to address any delays or discrepancies in document approvals.
Inventory Monitoring:
Oversee inventory management, including stock reporting, stock counts, and stock adjustments.
Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, or potential issues, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Expertise in SQL queries for database management, report generation, and data analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including functions, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to system issues and process optimization.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
