We are a software company and would like to invite passionate System Support professionals to join our team  
Job Scopes: System Installation, Configuration, and Maintenance:   Install and configure POS software and hardware.Monitor, assess, troubleshoot, and upgrade systems and applications. Troubleshooting and Support:  Perform troubleshooting on reported customer issues and ensure efficient repairs.Resolve network and other IT-related problems.Provide office ticketing support and onsite system support when needed. Testing and Issue Resolution: Conduct software testing, identify any issues, and resolve them promptly.Responsibility and Growth: Work independently and take ownership of incident support tasks.Embrace opportunities for growth by handling ad-hoc assignments, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to contribute to the team's success.General Duties: Carry out additional duties as assigned by management. Job Requirements: Work Experience: Proven experience in IT support, with a specialization in POS systems and POS hardware.At least 1 year of experience in the IT industrySkills and Certifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Certification(s) in relevant IT fields is a plusPractical Requirements: Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed.Ability to work under pressure and put in extra hours when requiredPersonal Attributes: Adaptable, with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
