All tasks must be executed in compliance with Zimmer Biomet policies and guidelines.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Provide high quality of internal customer service: resolving employee expense queries, concerns and troubleshooting within APAC regionUphold and protect time and expense policy through processing T&E reports and auditing T&E reportsInteraction and oversight to business process outsourcerControl Corporate Card Applications and follow up with employees with overdue accountsParticipate and take on portions of project tasks related travel and expense tool changes/upgrades, TMC changes/upgrades or corporate card changes at regional and global level Support and backup T&E teams located in other regions Regular reporting duties and perform timely month end activates Identifying potential process improvements, leading or supporting process changesPerform daily activities accordingly to SLA's and KPI's established Keep all local procedures updated through Work Instructions Train/Educate the employees on Global/Regional T&E Policy and SystemReport to Global T&E ManagerThis is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and might not necessarily comprise all of the essential functions for purposes of the Americans with Disabilities Act.Expected Areas of Competence (i.e., knowledge, skills and abilities)Strong preference for experience in Accounts Payable or T&EStrong preference for experience working in Concur, in a T&E Administrator capacity Good computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
Microsoft excel skills are required, advanced Excel skills preferred.
