Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, source, and hire top talent across various roles and levels within the organization. Partner closely with hiring managers/HRBP to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment plans to fill open positions effectively and efficiently. Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with our organization's values. Manage recruitment metrics and reporting to track progress, analyze outcomes, and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Requirements Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (4+ years) in a talent acquisition with a track record of successfully filling various positions across different levels. Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices, including sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
