About the roleWe are currently seeking a talented Tailor & QC Operator to join our manufacturing team at BY CHEFIZA SDN BHD in Pengkalan Chepa Kelantan.
In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality and precision of our products through tailoring and quality control duties.
What you'll be doing
Measuring and tailoring garments to precise specifications
Conducting comprehensive quality checks at various stages of the production process
Identifying and resolving quality issues to maintain the highest standards
Providing feedback and recommendations to improve manufacturing processes
Collaborating with the production team to achieve efficiency and consistency
Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to quality control
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a tailor or quality control operator in a manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
Proficiency in measuring, pattern-making, and sewing techniques
Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and blueprints
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify and resolve quality issues
Excellent communication skills to provide feedback and collaborate with the production team
Familiarity with quality control procedures and documentation
