Talent Acquisition Admin Intern (3 to 6 Months) - PenangResponsibilities:
Coordinate in the day-to-day TA operation functions such as onboarding, employment pass application, printing, filing, coordination with recruiters to ensure operation runs smoothly.
Assist in the pre-recruitment and post-recruitment processes that may include screening applications, preparing offer letters, and conducting background reference checks.
Generate reports and prepare documents for audit.
Provide ad hoc data and reports requested by managers & other departments.
Qualifications:
Good verbal and written communication in English.
Analytical and able to work and communicate with people of all levels.
Good with data analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Can work with a team or independently with little supervision.
Experience in a BPO environment is an advantage.
Preferably from human resource or administration-related courses.
Willing to work on-site and have own transport.
Candidates must be able to commit to a full-time 3-6 months internship.
Potential transition into full-time employment after 3-6 months internship based on performance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
