Talent Acquisition Associate/Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruittop IT and ERP talent, with a strong focus on SAP roles and technical positions.
LeverageChinese job boardsand other region-specific platforms to proactively identify qualified Chinese nationals.
Engage with Mandarin-speaking candidates to assess fit, discuss career opportunities, and manage interview processes.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Maintain and updatecandidate databasesandApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS) , ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Build a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs, especially within niche technical areas.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on progress to improve sourcing strategies and meet hiring targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degreein Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ yearsof experience in talent acquisition, with a focus onIT and ERP talent sourcing .
Experience sourcingSAP professionalsis a significant advantage.
Fluent in Mandarinto effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and candidates.
Strong knowledge ofrecruitment best practicesand creative sourcing techniques.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills .
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency inApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS)andMicrosoft Office Suite .#J-18808-Ljbffr
