Job Description:- Sourcing and Screening: Identify, attract, and screen qualified Korean-speaking candidates for various roles within the company. Utilize effective sourcing strategies, including social media recruiting, job boards, and networking.Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including phone interviews, video interviews, and in-person interviews, to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit.Offer Extension and Negotiation: Extend job offers to qualified candidates and negotiate compensation packages in alignment with company policies and market standards.Onboarding Coordination: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the Korean market.Mine databases to identify potential candidates and screen resumes for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.Deep sourcing skills and experience in sourcing passive candidates from alternate sources, using social networks and research to build the internal database.Identify channels to source and recruit diverse candidates and build pipelines of suitable profiles to recruit across different levels in the business.Leverage market intelligence and industry trends, including target companies and organizations, to build candidate slatesDevelop a strong understanding of the business to build familiarity with technical requirementsDevelop, execute, and monitor online candidate search campaigns using a variety of internet search engines as a delivery vehicle for producing quality candidates.Ensure an adequate number of qualified candidates are submitted for all assigned open roles within the agreed timelines.Ensure the company complies with laws and regulations as it relates to online sourcing, recruiting and hiring practicesIdentify process improvement opportunities to strengthen, and improve hiring leader as well as candidate experience. Experience and Skills Required :- Fluency in Korean (both written and spoken) is essential, and proficiency in other languages will be an advantage.1+ years of relevant experience in hiring and recruitment will be an advantage.Strong understanding of Korean business culture and recruitment practices.Experience in developing and managing talent networks and pipelines.Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
