Details of the offer

Roles and Responsibilities- Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process while optimizing recruitment workflow, ensuring quick hiring turnaround- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs- Determine selection criteria for many positions ( blue collar/ white collar)- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department**Requirements**:- 2 years of hands-on recruiting experience with a search agency or an in-house recruiting team preferred ( 4 years is an advantage )- Experience/Knowledge of recruitment life cycle.- Experience of building networks and relationships both internally and externally- Ability to multitask, is detail-oriented and organized- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations- Degree holder****Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
