Talent Acquisition Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:- **Full-cycle Recruitment**:- Manage the entire recruitment process from requisition to offer acceptance.- **Talent Acquisition**:- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.- **Collaboration**:- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices in recruitment.- **Compliance**:- Stay informed about relevant employment legislation and ensure compliance with all recruiting policies and procedures.- **Reporting**:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data, generate reports, and analyze key metrics.**Qualifications**:- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.**Job Type**: Contract**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shift- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Glenmarie Industrial Park (required)Ability to Relocate:- Glenmarie Industrial Park: Relocate before starting work (required)
