The Job: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to precisely identify staffing needs, ensuring we attract the best and brightest. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from manpower requisition to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Harness the power of social media to proactively identify and engage with potential candidates, expanding our talent network. Innovate and expand our sourcing strategies globally, keeping us ahead in a competitive talent market. Lead and participate in recruitment events, including campus and career fairs, to promote our brand and opportunities. Drive initiatives in employee engagement and employer branding, contributing to a vibrant workplace culture. Support the Talent & Culture team with additional HR-related tasks as needed. Requirements The Person: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources. At least 2 years of Talent Acquisition with experience in the full recruitment life cycle. Experience in recruiting for Technology and Marketing roles is preferred. An excellent communicator with a friendly and approachable manner, capable of building strong relationships across all levels of the organization. A master multitasker, and adept at prioritizing tasks in a fast-moving environment. Proficient in English and well-versed in the Google suite. An independent worker who thrives in a team setting, bringing creative solutions and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
