Job DescriptionDevelop and implement targeted talent acquisition strategies tailored to the games and animation sector.
Source, assess, and recruit candidates for creative and technical positions.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance company reputation and attract top talent.
Conduct background checks and verification processes for prospective hires.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and a positive candidate experience.
Stay updated on industry trends, job market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Job RequirementsMinimum Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
At least 2 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, preferably within the games and animation industry.
Proven track record of successfully hiring for creative and technical roles.
Strong understanding of the games and animation industry, including job roles, technical requirements, and market trends.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative recruitment strategies.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
