Talent Acquisition Intern

About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our team in attracting and recruiting top talent.
This internship provides opportunities to gain hands-on experience in supporting our HR initiatives and fostering a positive organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, career pages and social networks.
Assist in screening potential employee resumes to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings and assist in scheduling interviews.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to secure pipelines for strong candidates.
Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Participate in career fairs and employee branding initiatives to promote our employer brand.
Work with the People team to enhance data management as needed.
Key Qualifications And Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Prior internship or coursework in HR or recruitment is desirable but not required.
