Job Descriptions: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates for cultural fit and technical competencies. Drive continuous improvement and consistency in Singapore to strengthen partnerships with local HR Business Partner & COE teams and improve visibility and collaboration. Ensure effective recruitment solutions are delivered within agreed upon time frames and cost. Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with our organization's values. Manage recruitment metrics and reporting to track progress, analyze outcomes, and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Requirements Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a talent acquisition with a track record of successfully filling various positions across different levels. Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices, including sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
