Work closely with senior executives to grasp global workforce needs and strategize for future talent demands. Manage the entire recruitment process for local and international positions, ensuring compliance with employment laws. Collaborate with international partners to standardise recruitment practices globally. Lead and guide a diverse team of recruiters, fostering their professional growth and offering support. Drive initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice globally. Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion within the team. Work alongside marketing and communication teams to maintain a unified employer brand message. Establish and nurture a strong talent pool for key roles across the globe. Engage with potential candidates and partners through networking and industry events. Utilise data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Deliver regular reports on recruitment metrics and global hiring trends to company leadership.
