Recruitment Strategy: Develop talent acquisition policies while evaluating and adjusting recruitment strategies based on performance metrics and market trends, identifying areas for improvement.Recruitment Management: Manage and lead a recruitment team to accomplish talent acquisition and retention StrategiesRecruitment Coordination and Execution: Coordinate and execute recruitment and selection processes, including interviews and screening calls, while also organizing and participating in career fairs and related events.Recruitment Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and collaborate with managers to anticipate needs and fill positions efficiently.Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience in working collaboratively across different departments or functions within an organization. This includes building relationships, facilitating teamwork, and achieving common goals. ?? What We're Looking For... Qualification: Possessing a degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration (or equivalent), fluent in both English and Mandarin, with strong speaking and writing skills in both languages.Talent Spotting: Skill in spotting and assessing exceptional candidates who fit the job requirements.Skill & Experience : We're in search of a candidate with 5-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR, who effectively leverages social media and job portals, and is eager to understand the skills and responsibilities necessary for various positions.Personable Recruiter: An extroverted recruiter who excels in communication and engaging effectively with candidates and colleagues.Target-Oriented:Commitment to achieving recruitment targets while maintaining quality standards in candidate selection and hiring processes.Adaptable Recruitment Strategist: Flexibility to adjust recruitment strategies, approaches, and priorities based on changing business needs, market conditions, and candidate availability. ??
