Job Description:
Responsible for setting the direction/strategy for the Talent Acquisition function to support the hiring demands in addition to proactively driving innovation across the team and integrating global strategies where needed.
Work collaboratively with the stakeholders and the RPO partner to deliver on Key Priorities, goals and OKRs for the designated Bus, COEs.
Ensure all posted roles, systems/processes/tools used, and our talent acquisition function overall, reflect adherence to local regulations and compliances.
Work closely with RM team to develop and execute an effective employer branding strategy that communicates the company's values, culture, mission, and unique selling points to prospective candidates.
Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management and driving team results.
Drive results for Intel by inspiring their people, role-modeling our values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.
Qualifications:
The applicant should have a Degree in Human Resources and 7+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 1+ years of people Management experience or an Overall experience of 10+ years in Talent Acquisition with 2-3 years as People Manager.
Should have deep domain expertise (Hiring & Sourcing) in local market for talent sources and supports translating business strategies and customer requirements into the hiring plan to achieve TPA objectives and goals.
Should have previous experience and should be able to conceptualize and deliver innovative sourcing plans, systems/tools in support of executing to local hiring plans.
Should have previous experience in managing, coaching, and developing team members.
Should have experience in driving continuous improvement in aspects of the recruiting funnel, from candidate attraction and engagement to selection (CRM), pre hire check, offer, and onboarding.
Develops relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manages the procurement and measurement process.
Should have good stakeholder management skills and previous experience in working closely with a large number of stakeholders and partners (e.g., Human Resources, Business, extended team).
Should have previous experience in developing hiring plans and delivering the talent that will drive Intel's growth, at the right place and time.
