Overview Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; managing relocations and intern program.Responsible for to attracting, screening, selecting and onboarding qualified and suitable personnel to fill our job openings.Inform of any difficulty or need to adjust employee profile or Job Description Qualifications Scope & AuthorityAs a result of the interviews recommend an applicant to become part of the companyIdentify areas of opportunity of job descriptions and profilesPreferred Qualifications:Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or any Equivalent field.Able to read, write & speak in KOREAN (primary) and ENGLISH.Minimum of 2 years as a recruiter, BPO background will be an added advantage.Well verse in recruitment field. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:Screen candidates resumes and job applications for foreign hiring, Korea market and across AsiaConduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within scheduleAssess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudesDevelop and update job descriptions and job specificationsPerform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectivesPrepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.Onboard new employees to become fully integratedMonitor and apply HR recruiting best practicesProvide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the teamAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processPromote company's reputation as "best place to work"
