Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.We are looking for talented individuals to join the Talent Acquisition team for a 12 month contract position based in Malaysia.**Responsibilities**:1. Partner closely with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with TikTok people strategies2. Partner with hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and fulfill hiring plans along with business timelines3. Use networks to discover, and attract experienced, diverse, ambitious talent to join our team5.
