Talent Acquisition ( Recruiter )

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top candidates.
Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
Work with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.
Update and maintain candidate tracking systems.
Build relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
Research market trends to enhance talent acquisition strategies.
Attend career fairs and networking events.
Provide reports on recruitment metrics and improve processes.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is preferred.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
