This role would be exposed to dynamic and fulfilled recruiting efforts in a fast-growing environment, which encourages result-driven accomplishment.
In this Role, you'll get to:
Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand job requirements and source for relevant candidates from various platforms.
Responsible for arrangement of onsite interviews, candidate assessment and coordinate facilities, etc.
Manage the entire recruitment process using the ATS platform, including position administration, candidate interview and evaluation arrangements, salary offers, and metrics reports.
Ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements as well as Trip.com's talent acquisition policies and procedures.
Support the maintenance of applicant tracking system through consistent update of candidate profiles by tags and filters.
Research and recommend improvements, if any, on the workflow and interface of the current applicant tracking system and career site.
Assist in recruitment related projects such as talent/market mapping/employer branding, etc.
Explore and establish network with universities to build fresh graduate hire pipeline.
Maintain contents of JD and job posting to help potential candidates understand the positions on job portals.
Arrange for pre-onboarding procedures and coordinate with relevant team to ensure smooth onboarding experience.
What you'll Need to Succeed:
Bachelor's degree and above.
Able to converse well in English and Malay (Chinese will be a plus).
Well versed with LinkedIn, local job boards and sourcing channels.
At least 3 years of working experience in recruitment ideally from call center/OTA/internet companies/recruitment agencies/BPO environment.
Experience with massive and high volume recruitment is preferred.
Good learning attitude, self-motivated and organized.
Interviewing competencies and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; knowledge of PowerPoint an advantage.
