The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be part of AXA Group Operations 'People Acquisition & Branding' Team in their day-to-day sourcing & recruiting activities.**Define **the** sourcing strategy**:- Drive the 'intake meetings' in collaboration with the recruiter and hiring manager to collect all the requirements about the role- Provide the minutes of the 'intake meeting to all parties- Post job vacancies on our internal and external tools- Ensure regular follow-up with recruiter and hiring manager on the effectiveness of the sourcing strategy- Provide insights on the local labor market- Schedule and arrange interviews with hiring managers and team members**Reporting**:- Regularly provide activity reports to inform the recruiter on the sourcing status**Your Profile****Profile**- 2 years' experience working as headhunter or recruiter (Graduated welcome as well if relevant internships in the field) in search firms or in international companies- Familiar with IT/Tech/Cybersecurity industries- Totally fluent in English (any other languages such as French and Spanish is a plus)**Key Skills & Competencies**- Knowledge of Boolean operators to find the right talents on the different platforms- Proactive, dynamic and strong organizational/time management skills- Able to handle high volumes of open positions as well as short deadlines**About AXA**As a world-leading insurance company, we act for human progress by protecting what matters.
