Role Overview
This position is to provide efficient, effective support for end-to-end recruitment activities, including recruitment, proactive passive sourcing, interview scheduling, and managing end-to-end onboarding systems.
Mainly focus on the entire recruitment process for office recruitment to ensure business needs are fulfilled.
Work closely with the Recruitment Assistant Manager to assist or stand-in on retail recruitment when required.
Collaborate with the HR & Admin Manager to deliver recruitment strategy, handling the entire hiring process such as interview applications, arranging interviews, and offering stages.
Proactively source candidates for vacancies using a range of mediums and channels, including social media and on-site recruitment to attract candidates.
Coordinate, arrange, and execute the onboarding process properly.
Conduct orientation programs for new employees.
Resolve queries involving detailed explanations of recruitment processes, policies, or procedures.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on recruitment experience; retail recruitment experience is an added advantage.
Creative and resourceful with social media platforms and professional talent networks.
High self-motivation, good interpersonal and leadership skills.
Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational abilities.
