Responsibilities:
Manage end to end recruitment process, including job requisition, job posting, selection and interview, job offer, and onboarding.
Liaise with hiring managers on hiring needs.
Responsible for direct labor and technical hiring.
Source potential candidates through various channels including social media platforms, networking events, job fairs, and mass recruitment.
Understand and be familiar with the recruitment market.
Conduct preliminary interviews with candidates.
Manage interview arrangements.
Prepare salary proposals and job offers.
Monthly HR reporting.
Ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in HRM or related discipline.
Some HR experience in the manufacturing industry.
2-4 years of HR experience.
Knowledge of RBA requirements.
Good communication skills.
Meticulous with attention to detail.
