The objective of the position is to partner with the Stakeholders for a smooth hiring process.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Conduct in-take meetings with Hiring Manager and HRBP to understand job requirements and agree on the search direction and strategy.Manage the complete life cycle of the recruitment process, including active sourcing, candidate selection, shortlisting, offer management, and pre-onboarding.Ensure consistent and quality candidate experiences across all levels of hiring.Proactively provide data-led market insights for Hiring Managers' understanding and advise effective and appropriate hiring solutions.Support Fresh graduate program, student internship, campus recruitment, and career fair activities.Take part in employer branding activities and other ad hoc projects.Are you a MATCH?Holds a Bachelor's Degree.Experienced in handling end-to-end recruitment processes.Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.Enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders.About Air LiquideA world leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health, Air Liquide is present in 78 countries with approximately 64,500 employees and serves more than 3.8 million customers and patients.
