Talent Acquisition Specialist (Kl / Cyberjaya)

Collaborating with all the Hiring Managers to understand and fulfil the Manpower Requisitions.- Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment process inclusive of job posting, screening, interview scheduling and hiring status updating.- Preparing the Letter of Appointment and handling the Onboarding Process.- Responsible for the Recruitment report and analysis.- Exploring the new and creative recruitment methods and channels.- Supporting the talent engagement activities such as live / online networking session and career fair.- Supporting the Employer Branding activities.**Requirements**:- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.- At least 1 years of working experience in the related Talent Acquisition Field.- Preferable with the working exposure in IT / High Tech industry.- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.- Passion and able to work with a minimum supervision.- Positions available in Titiwangsa (KL) and Cyberjaya.**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Gym membership- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
