Talent Acquisitions Specialist (Malaysia)

What you'll be doing: Work closely with hiring managers to attract qualified candidates. Maintain job postings on various job boards. Source relevant profiles through multiple active and passive channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals). Conduct screening and skills assessment, qualify candidates and provide recommendations to the hiring manager (mostly for Customer Support and Business Development positions). Build and maintain solid relationships with candidates, ensuring a world-class candidate experience. Maintaining recruitment databases, tracking candidate progress, and ensuring that all candidate information is up-to-date and accurate. What you need to succeed: Prior experience at least of 1 year in a similar role. Understanding of the recruitment process, including finding, evaluating applications, conducting interviews, and concluding the hiring process. Detail-oriented and able to effectively manage candidate data, documents, and schedules. Ability to analyse data and evaluate candidates. Fluent in English. Strong desire to dive deeper and develop in Recruitment.
