The Talent Development Officer will be instrumental in executing innovative talent development strategies tailored for specific levels of the University, including training and development programs. The ideal candidate will bring learning management systems (LMS) expertise to the table, along with a keen ability to think creatively and critically. The primary responsibility of the Talent Development Officer will be to support the process of identifying and addressing the developmental needs of the University through utilisation of skills and resources.
Reporting Line: The position reports to Senior Manager, Talent Management
