Key Responsibilities: Senior Lecturer / Lecturer / Assistant Lecturer:
Teaching & Learning: Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and coursework in your field of expertise to students of diverse backgrounds.Research & Development: Engage in cutting-edge academic research, publish in reputable journals, and continuously enhance your professional skills.Student Mentoring: Offer academic advising, mentorship, and career guidance to students, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.Curriculum Development: Participate in the design, enhancement, and internationalization of curricula to ensure global relevance and academic excellence.International Collaboration: Build and maintain collaborations with global institutions, industry partners, and international stakeholders to enhance education and research.Internship (Academic/Non-Academic):
Academic Support: Assist faculty with lecture preparation, student engagement, grading, and other academic duties.Research Assistance: Participate in research projects, supporting data collection, analysis, and report writing.Administrative Roles: Gain hands-on experience in various university departments such as student affairs, human resources, or marketing.Cross-Cultural Learning: Collaborate with both local and international teams, gaining exposure to multicultural work environments and diverse educational systems.Non-Academic Positions:
Administrative Support: Provide support to university operations such as student services, registrar's office, and admissions.Event Management: Assist with organizing international and local events, workshops, and conferences that foster academic and cultural exchange.Marketing & Communications: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, focusing on both local and international student recruitment.Technical & IT Support: Contribute to the university's technical operations, supporting faculty, staff, and students with IT services, lab management, or other technical needs.Eligibility Criteria: Education: Final-year students or recent graduates from local or international universities are encouraged to apply.For Senior Lecturer/Lecturer positions: Candidates must have a relevant PhD or Master's degree in their field of expertise.For Assistant Lecturer positions: A Bachelor's degree in the relevant field.International Applicants: Open to international candidates with relevant academic qualifications and expertise.Language Proficiency: Strong proficiency in English is required.
