The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting a creative and resourcefulTalent Sourcing Internwho is passionate about recruiting to join us! You will be part of our APAC Talent Sourcing Team where you will assist in proactive sourcing, candidate screening, talent mapping, and reporting throughout the6-month internshipperiod with the opportunity to work with key stakeholders across APAC and learn from them.
Responsibilities:
Proactive Sourcing/Pipelining:Assist Talent Sourcing Partner in researching/surfacing suitable candidates based on the hiring requirements through various channels such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, etc.
Candidate Screening:Assist Talent Sourcing Partner in candidate screening, job fit validation, and other relevant assessments.
Candidate Application Notes:Ensure candidate application notes are updated in Workday in accordance with company standards.
Interview Scheduling:Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and a seamless interview process.
Talent Mapping:Assist Talent Sourcing Partner in building the talent map for niche hirings (skills and languages).
Report Generation:Assist in the creation of sourcing reports and analytics, tracking key metrics such as candidate pipeline, turnaround time, and source effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Proficiency in Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets and Google Docs.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
