The Talent Support Executive is responsible for supporting various departments by managing various administrative functions related to recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
This role ensures efficient processes, maintains accurate records, and fosters effective communication across teams.

What You'll Do:
Assist in the coordination of recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interview scheduling.
Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure data integrity.
Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of orientation materials and scheduling training sessions.
Ensure all required documentation is collected and processed in a timely manner.
Help arrange training programs for new staff and ensure all logistical aspects are covered.
Monitor attendance for training sessions and maintain accurate records.
Prepare reports on training attendance and participant feedback to improve future sessions.
Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate smooth communication.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in HR or talent support, with a focus on administrative support.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft tools, particularly Microsoft Excel, with strong skills in Canva.
