About the Role This role will be preparing detailed financial analysis, forecasts, and valuation models to support corporate finance transactions.
The role involves handling tax computations, returns, and ensuring compliance with regulations, while collaborating with the Head of Finance on financial models and projections.
Additionally, it requires liaising with tax authorities and maintaining the tax database for the group of companies.
Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and any related corporate finance transactions.
Prepare comprehensive financial forecasts, budgets and valuation models in relation to due diligence, fundraising, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring related activities.
Works closely with the Head of Finance to prepare and review financial models and projections.
Prepare monthly/yearly income tax computations and submit tax returns, tax estimates, for group of companies and to ensure related function activities process accurately and timely in accordance with established processes in compliance with the tax regulations.
Prepare monthly deferred tax computation as per MFRS/IFRS requirements for group of companies.
Liaise with tax department, tax authority or any other relevant parties to attend queries and ensure timely resolution.
Escalate unresolved issues in a timely manner.
Maintain Group of companies' tax database.
About You Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Accounting/Auditing or Corporate Finance-related function.
Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.
Audit/Corporate Finance background is preferred.
