We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Tax Assistant Manager to join our team.Position Overview:
As a Tax Assistant Manager at AdrianYeo, you will play a pivotal role in assisting and overseeing all aspects of tax compliance, special tax cases, tax audits, transfer pricing advisory, tax planning, and special voluntary disclosures for our clients. You will work with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure our clients comply with tax regulations and optimize their tax strategies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead, innovate, and contribute to the growth and success of our firm.Key ResponsibilitiesManage an assigned portfolio of clients (corporate and individual) and projectsReview tax computation, tax submissions, tax estimation and tax correspondences prepared by staffMonitor tax deadlinesWork closely with clients and liaise with various government agencies e.g. Inland Revenue Board, Customs, Ministry of Finance and other relevant government agenciesAssist tax manager in providing tax advisory services to clients from various industriesAssist tax manager in handling tax audit and investigation casesAssist tax manager in reviewing tasks performed by staff in ensuring the tasks are performed in accordance with instructions and timelines.Assist tax manager in provide training and update of tax developmentsAssist tax manager to manage the performance of the teamAct as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on tax strategies, compliance, and risk mitigation.Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, ensuring compliance with local and international regulationsCollaborate with clients and colleagues to develop and implement tax strategies that align with their business objectives.Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with tax laws and regulations, including preparation and filing of required reports.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.Minimum of 4 years experience in the tax industry.Strong understanding of international tax regulations and guidelines.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Communication and client relationship management skills.Professional certifications such as ACCA, ICAEW, CPA, CFA, or CTP are a plus.BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental.Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Opportunities for career advancement within a growing firm.#J-18808-Ljbffr
