Tax Assistant / Senior

About the roleThis full-time position is located in Melaka Tengah, Melaka and will play a crucial role in supporting our clients with their taxation needs.
What you'll be doing
Assisting with the preparation and filing of tax returns for individuals and businesses
Collaborating with the tax team to ensure accurate and timely tax compliance
Providing administrative support, including maintaining client records and documentation
Communicating effectively with clients to understand their tax requirements and provide tailored solutions
Staying up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and regulations
What we're looking for
Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a tax-related role, preferably within a professional services firm
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax laws and regulations
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Proficient in the use of tax software and Microsoft Office suite
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
A proactive and adaptable approach, with a passion for continuous learning and professional development
