Tax Associate

TAX & ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE Job Responsibilities Assist in E-Invoice function by monitoring e-invoice process and middleware software on daily basis, update manager ongoing issues, liaise with relevant stakeholders and following on latest updates after go-live.
Responsible on tax provisions by liaising with external tax agents, Customs and IRB on deferred and tax returns Ensure compliance with tax withholding, indirect tax functions, SST, etc.
Coordinate and prepare of transfer pricing documentations Focal point to participate, advice and review all tax related matters includes ruling and legislation within department and Company Review and prepare tax returns form by identify tax issue, risk and strategies Support daily finance entry include but not limited to general ledger, journals and accounts payable and receivable Job Requirement Degree or Diploma in Taxation, Accounting, Finance or other related Minimum 4-5 years experience in Tax functions Good knowledge in accounting software especially in SAP Good command in Bahasa/ English/Mandarin is an added advantage Eye for details and accuracy with able to work in minimum supervision Mature and able to meet tight dateline
