Tax Manager (Public-Listed Organisation)

Job Description Open Position: Tax Manager (Public-Listed Organisation) A Public-Listed organisation in Malaysia is looking for Tax Manager to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:  Manage the overall aspects of tax of entire organistion and other business subsidiaries Review company tax return and solve any findings in timely manner and ensure accurate filing for both direct and indirect tax Manage direct and indirect tax such as withholding tax, income tax (Corporate) transfer pricing reporting and documentation  Woke closely with external Tax consultant and auditors in preparation of tax provisions and tax computation.  Key requirements include:  Degree In Accounting/ Finance/ Banking or Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA and etc   More than 7 years of experience in tax with experiece covering both direct tax and indirect tax (service tax, sales tax etc)  A team player with good communcation and leadership skills   If you are interested, please send your CV to ******  for a confidential discussion.
