Teacher In Childcare & Preschool

Responsibilities:Ensure children's safety in class or in the Preschool's compound.
Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials in advance, i.e.
flashcards, charts, and concrete materials for each topic/lesson.
Ensure children's discipline in the classroom during lesson time.
Attend to children's basic needs by feeding them, dressing them, and changing their diapers.
Carry out daily duties assigned by the Principal.
Maintain good relationships with parents and colleagues.
Be involved in every activity in the child development program.
Plan activities and prepare the learning equipment daily according to students' goals.
Record daily activities and student responses in the system.
Work with therapists or teachers.
Conduct Parent Teacher Meetings.
Carry out the IEP together with the team and parents.
Maintain tidiness of the classroom after use daily.
Maintain good relationships with kids, parents, healthcare service providers, and the public.
Be actively involved in company projects.
Participate in any company events including seminars, workshops, and monthly meetings.
Any other duties assigned by management.
