Job Responsibilities:Teach knowledge and help students develop good learning habits, social skills, and confidence.
Design and implementAge -appropriate lessons based on student developmental stages.
Track student development, assess progress and challenges.
Regularly update parents on their child's progress, discuss educational strategies, and collaborate to support student growth.
Minimum Requirements:Candidates must at least possess a Diploma or equivalent.
Able to speak in English & Mandarin.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Excellent communication skills with staff, parents, and students.
Ability to create a positive and safe learning environment.
Patient and empathetic to gently guide and encourage students.
Knowledge of educational curriculum standards and best practices.
Proficient in basic administrative tasks and budgeting.
Passionate about student development and education.
Preference for candidates with early childhood qualifications.
