Job DescriptionClassroom Management:Create a positive learning environment by maintaining discipline and encouraging participation.
Instruction:Using a variety of teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles.
Student Support:Identify and address the individual needs of students.
Parent Communication:Maintain open and regular communication with parents, providing updates on student progress and addressing any concerns.
Professional Development:Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and enhance teaching skills.
Classroom Environment:Organize and manage the classroom, ensuring it is a safe, clean, and conducive space for learning.
Extracurricular Activities:Lead or participate in extracurricular activities, clubs, or events to support student interests and development outside the classroom.
Job RequirementsRequired language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Possess at least a Diploma in Education or a related field.
At least 2 years working experiences in an educational setting (Part-time & Full-Time).
Interns and fresh graduates will also be considered.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
