Inviting applications for the role ofTeam Lead (Accounting RTR)
In this role, you will be leading a team of RTR members to accomplish the allocated tasks, including budget, cashflow and other corporate reporting, month end close activities, fixed assets capitalization and maintenance, balance sheet and fixed assets reconciliations.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of record to report (R2R) members and ensure timely preparation and smooth execution of month end, quarter end, and year end processes.
Ensure all month end activities are completed within agreed timeframes and to the highest quality, meeting service levels.
Balance aligned Sub-Processes (as applicable).
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Chartered accountant / chartered management accountant qualified or part qualified, with a bachelor's degree in accounting and relevant experience.
Ability to lead teams, ensuring productivity, cost reduction, and quality control of services delivered.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with controllers and auditors - internal and external.
Work Experience Requirements: 6-8 years.
ACCA certified.
